How to Make Tipat Cantok

It is very easy to make Tipat Cantok. First of all, we have to prepare some ingredients and utensils. The ingredients are ketupat, fried peanuts, the boiling of bean sprout and cabbage, salt, water of citrus, water, soy of sauce, fried onion, chili, garlic, and some spices. Meanwhile the utensils are stone plate for grinding spices, spoons, knife, and plate. Next to the step, the first one is grinding the chili, garlic on the stone plate, then the grinding the fried peanuts. While you’re grinding, pour some water into the mixture to make it quite liquid. After that, cut the ketupat into small pieces (form) and pour it into the batter, then mix it carefully. The third step is put some boiling bean sprout and cabbage into the batter. Then add some salt, soy of sauce, and some water of citrus, mix it completely. After that add some fried of onion onto the batter. The last steps are move the batter, then put it onto the plate and serve it beautifully. Is that easy, isn’t it?
